We meet you where you are.
With scientific psychometric testing methods, we help you set your own goals. If you’re not quite ready to start your fitness journey, we will work with you until you’re in the right headspace to make those key changes to your lifestyle.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution – everyone has different aspirations, strengths and limitations. We will always respect and support you, without judgement.
Find fitness boring?
Our sessions are always fresh and varied, with a focus on enjoyment and positivity. It’s not a regimented boot camp style – we encourage with praise and empowerment. You’ll find yourself pushing your limits without even realising it.
Evolving with you
We’ll revisit the psychometric testing every four weeks to re-evaluate and fine-tune your training plan. You can even do the test on our website.
As your fitness and confidence levels improve, we find new ways to challenge you and enrich your sessions. But we never push anyone beyond endurance. That’s just not our style.
